In the premises of the City Library "Borka Taleski" in Prilep, the Association Center for Development and Education - Prilep, on July 2, 2025, organized a training titled:
"Physiotherapist at home, aimed at supporting recovery, improving mobility, and enhancing the overall well-being of users of social and health care services at home".

The training was conducted by a physiotherapist, part of the "Transakt" project, which also offers the service of physiotherapy at home.
Participants were introduced to topics related to movement, body function, prevention and rehabilitation:
Basics of positioning and prevention
Exercises for maintaining mobility in elderly people
Assessment and treatment planning
Techniques for improving mobility and function
Working with specific user groups:
Postoperative rehabilitation (orthopedic interventions), Neurological patients, Elderly and chronically ill persons, Patients in palliative care
Exercises for strength, flexibility and balance. Manual therapy in home conditions.

Providers of social and health services are not just caregivers – they are support and security for those in greatest need.
Therefore, through the physiotherapist's training, we contribute to improving the users' quality of life.
Our association continues to operate by delivering quality health and social services to our users, while also building a team that cares for itself and its users, thereby contributing to community care as well.
