N\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb me koordinatorin e projektit, do t\u00eb jet\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetje dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb kryer t\u00eb gjitha pun\u00ebt operacionale dhe administrative t\u00eb lidhura me aktivitetet e projektit TRANSAKT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M\u00eb specifikisht, detyrat e pun\u00ebs s\u00eb punonj\u00ebsit social\/psikologut\/edukatorit t\u00eb specializuar jan\u00eb k\u00ebto p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identifikimi i individ\u00ebve\/familjeve q\u00eb kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr ndihm\u00eb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planifikimi, koordinimi dhe zbatimi i sh\u00ebrbimeve mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebse p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar p\u00ebrdoruesit dhe familjet e tyre t\u00eb p\u00ebrballen me sfidat aktuale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mbajtja e komunikimit t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm me p\u00ebrdoruesit, me q\u00ebllim k\u00ebshillimin dhe ndihm\u00ebn p\u00ebr qasjen n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbime t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb sh\u00ebrbime mjek\u00ebsore, trajnime profesionale, aktivitete sociale dhe mb\u00ebshtetje sociale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vler\u00ebsimi i nevojave t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoruesve, situatave, forcave dhe rrjeteve mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u00ebrgatitja e nj\u00eb plani individual p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdoruesin e
