We assist in securing the necessary documentation for realizing rights from social and child protection, access to social services, activation in the labor market, and also identify priorities in the field of social protection in the local community, advocating and lobbying for the creation and adoption of development programs and measures that will address the specific needs of individuals at social risk and contribute to building an inclusive and just society.
The digital platform eHelp.mk is available to citizens – a digital space for providing advice and support for social protection measures, social services, and employment for the citizens of North Macedonia, in accordance with the national legislation and policies of the country. The digital platform is designed to be easily accessible for persons with disabilities.
Available in Macedonian, Albanian, and English, and in addition to informational content, it also enables communication with users.
